A little bit about me:
I was a husband for 40 years and have been a father since 1982, which I’d say is proof of my patience, which is one of the many skills that I bring to my role as a driving instructor!
I qualified in 1985 and have worked continuously in the industry ever since. In addition to teaching learners, I have since 1988 been teaching trainee driving instructors. I was pretty good at it, so I was then asked to train other driving instructors on how to teach trainee driving instructors.
I have many industry qualifications including ADI Grade A, DIA Diamond Advanced Instructor, Cardington Grade A Advanced Driver, NVQ Assessor and Internal Verifier and IAM Advanced Driver.
Most importantly of all, I have the patience of a saint and love working with people who give it their best. All this and an endless supply of bad jokes to boot!

I had an hour a week with Glen and he was very very patient with me. I progressed well through the weeks and only ended up having about 20 hours of lessons. Having passed first time, I think it’s safe to say he was an excellent instructor and he was highly knowledgeable. I have been with driving-pro and more specifically Glen for the past few months. I have had 26 hours total time driving and I passed my test first time a couple of days ago. Glen was amazing and helped me in every way he could. The car I was driving in was amazing to drive as well. I would highly recommend driving-pro to any new or returning driver.
