A little bit about me:
My family and I moved to Portsmouth in 2014 and it was the first time my 3 grown up daughters had lived in England! We have been fortunate enough to live in Wales, Scotland, Belgium and the USA and as a family loved to embrace the cultures, foods and traditions of each place.
So, although a ‘southerner’ by birth, I love meeting people from all backgrounds and learning about their cultures. In my spare time I enjoy cycling, kayaking and walking our very mischievous Parson Russell Terrier, Nessa.
My first career, as a Physiotherapist, saw me mentoring Physiotherapy students on placement and after having my daughters I became a Teaching Assistant in Brussels and then back in the UK. I have also taught gymnastics in Scotland and Belgium and now teach swimming on Hayling Island.
Becoming a driving instructor, I wanted to combine my love of coaching and mentoring with the joy of helping people to achieve their full potential in a safe, friendly and calm environment. But once I was in
the profession I realised that there weren’t any Driving Instructors with adapted cars in our area, so I decided to combine all my skills and studied to also become a Disability Driving Instructor.
My teaching car is an automatic and can be used for standard lessons or for lessons with adapted controls.

About Driving-Pro
